This year marks 300 years since the birth of Jakuchu Ito and 400 Years of the Rimpa School of Japanese Painting, which was established in Kyoto during the 17th century. This is a chance to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Jakuchu Ito through his energetic paintings that display a great degree of experimentation with perspective, and with other very modern stylistic elements.
