There are ancient stories of the Virgin Mary appearing in a dress and blessing the poor. Inspired by these tales, the artist Miyuki Nishizawa has dressed herself in newspaper as the Virgin Mary. In addition to this newspaper dress, footage of a performance by Nishizawa recorded and edited by Hamonizumu is displayed on the second floor of Sunaba Gallery.
