Koichi Watanabe spent 10 years scrutinising and photographing the invasive Japanese knotweed plant, triggered by his photographing of the landscapes of Hokkaido. Led by the Japanese knotweed, Koichi Watanabe travels to England, Poland, Holland and America in search of these non-native weeds.
