Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art has continued to expand their collection since 1970, when the museum’s precursor Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Modern Art was first opened. They have now collected almost 9,000 pieces. This display will present new pieces acquired during the last year, together with previous collections, as if they are “confronting” each other along various themes.
