Artist Seiko Yamamoto presents two exhibitions about ocean currents, one at Gallery Parc and one at Zuiun-an. Here she presents an international group of artists from Mexico, Korea, and Japan whom she met while traveling abroad as an artist, bringing them together in Kyoto. They look at Japan today from diverse perspectives while thinking about it means to be living together in this day and age. Excerpts from their online journal (http://rrssforkyoto2016.tumblr.com) present an image of Japan today while speaking of a richly layered world.
