Ryuichi Ishikawa presents a series of newly captured Okinawan portraits, following his showing of “Okinawan Portraits 2010-2012” last year. Moving on from the square format that excludes surplus, Ishikawa now works with a rectangular format which encompasses both the Okinawan people and their backdrops.
