This event has ended.

From his debut in professional photography in 1964 up to the present day, leading Japanese photographer Daido Moriyama has been seeking out, discovering and confronting the ins and outs of various cities in Japan and abroad. His continuing quest for the ideal city – Shangri-La – takes shape and will be re-constructed in this exhibition from numerous pieces of past portraits. Alongside these works, newly taken photographs of Kobe and other exciting works such as huge silk screen prints are on show.
