In tribute to the 30th anniversary of the exhibition led by Jean-François Lyotard, “Les Immateriaux” (Centre Pompidou, 1985), this exhibition looks at the possibilities offered by the concept of materiality and immateriality through design, creation and innovation. It explores multiple forms of creation and design born out of encounter and confrontation of material and immaterial worlds in 4 different areas: new media, sensoriality, 3D modeling and database.
The exhibition has also been designated as “France-Japan Innovation Year” project and officially participates in “Nuit Blanche Kyoto 2016”.
