Photographer Koichi Shimoda, who drew trains that flew in the sky as a child, was thrilled to encounter the monorail. Using original film photography techniques, he spent 15 years creating a tale of dreams capturing the feeling seeing blue cloudless skies and towns lit up at night. The setting of this story is the monorail in Chiba City. These images take us to numerous new worlds.
