Etsutomu Kashihara “A Soul LIstens”
Galerie 16
This event has ended.
The title for this exhibition “A Soul Listens” is taken from Hagiwara Sakutaro’s poem “Sad Moonlit Night” from his first volume of poetry “Howling at the Moon.” It is like a bookmark forgotten within the pages of a book, that suddenly appears in an unexpected location. Kashihara explains that we have become intoxicated with razzle-dazzle, to a place far removed from the idea of “soul” or listening.”
