This event has ended.

The town of Hasami in Nagasaki Prefecture has been making utensils and accessories for everyday life for 400 years. As knowledge and imagination shift from industry to service, people have an ongoing need for convenience and comfort in their day-to-day lives amid changing values and lifestyles. That’s why Hasami has continued to think about “the next normal” through the centuries. Its ceramic dishes, utensils, and other produces are exhibited, along with items remade from donated broken or unused household items.
