Wacoal Studyhall Kyoto Gallery started the new group exhibition series Ascending Art Annual to introduce and promote the work of promising young artists. Hever five artists present works with familiar shapes that explore new possibilities of movement, appearance, and other characteristics, from shape-shifting sculptures to photographs of ethnic groups considering the meaning of visual identities. Let these works expand the imagination and begin new forms of dialogue.
