Presenting the work of two Kansai-based artists. Mayo Koide’s recent work has focused on installations made with various materials including, glass, mirrors, lightbulbs, and paper scraps that evoke scenes from fragmented memories of a time before language. Jun Koshino’s reprints through repeated analysis and practice of existing painting methods cannot be considered silkscreening, taking the art form into new territory.
