Makoto Ofune + Anne & Patrick Poirier “The Shadow of Time”

poster for Makoto Ofune + Anne & Patrick Poirier “The Shadow of Time”

This event has ended.

An exhibition of artwork that harmonizes with the beauty of this old space and the surrounding nature. Dedicated to the shadow of time, these two installations portray all senses necessary for recognizing time and space. Imprints of Anne and Patrick Poirier made with Japanese Washi paper could be perceived as a condensation of time, while the intensity of the color of mineral pigments of Makoto Ofune refers to the profoundness of landscape and shadows.
Supported by Espace Louis Vuitton, Tokyo.

※ Limited access – Max 10 persons per group per visit. Priority given to those with reservations (yuhisaikoudoukan@gmail.com). On the day / at the door: waiting list upon arrival.
