Nuit Blanche has become a must-see event that cannot be overlooked. The theme for the seventh edition is “Landscape, the city in movement”, and shows a selection of new trends and experimentations. The Villa Kujoyama takes the lead and presents from the 15th of September in the space Mtrl Kyoto the exhibition untitled “Panorama”. This artistic proposal is a foretaste of the event on the 6th, and gives an overview of the work of the artists-in-residency at the Villa.
The duo Tadashi Ono & Julien Guinand (Photography) and the pairs Laureline Galliot & Matthieu Peyroulet Ghilini (Design) and Baptiste Ymonet & Vincent Jousseaume (Arts craft) set up the scene and give their insight of landscape through this exhibition.
Visitors are invited to enter Mtrl Kyoto and discover the works in progress. The audience will catch the universe of each artist and will be able to see the relation they experience with the landscape during their stay in Japan.

During Nuit Blanche on the 6th of October, 6 other French and Japanese artists will join the artistic proposal in Mtrl. They will present performances in the dedicated theme of “Landscape”.
