Tenraikyu
This event has ended.
Now in its 6th year, Biwako Biennale comes back to the old Omihachiman City in Shiga, by Biwako, the biggest lake in Japan. An art festival in a beautiful and historical setting, exhibitions will take place in typical old Japanese houses, or disused factories. A wide range of national and international artists will be answering to the 2014 theme of “Bubbles”, with the majority of works as site-specific installations which collaborate with the spaces.
